NOX CYCLES OPENS NEW EXPERIENCE CENTER IN SCHLITTERS!
There was no shortage of action!

EXPERIENCE CENTER OPENING!

NOX Cycles opened a new e-bike competence center at its headquarters in Schlitters, expanding its focus from pure production to a comprehensive brand experience for end customers. With a factory store, guided tours, e-bike rides, and custom setups, the manufacturer aims to inspire its customers while also strengthening its support for specialist retailers.

“We don’t just want customers – we want fans.” With these words, NOX Managing Director Marco Klimmt inaugurated the new competence center of the Zillertal-based e-bike manufacturer on Saturday. Two years after opening its headquarters in Schlitters, the company is now officially opening its doors to end customers.

An upgrade to our headquarters.

The move toward direct sales by no means signals that Nox Cycles is turning its back on specialist retailers. “Market conditions have been challenging across industries since the post-COVID boom. We want to overcome the crisis together with our dealers, actively supporting them in marketing campaigns and promotional efforts. The Experience Center in Schlitters is an upgrade to our headquarters that makes the NOX brand tangible and experiential for end customers – and the specialist trade will benefit from this too,” says Managing Director Marco Klimmt.

The concept is paying off: the NOX manufactory has already become a well-established part of Tyrol's mountain sports scene and enjoys a following of prominent fans and brand ambassadors such as mountaineering legend Peter Habeler, trail runner Markus Kröll, former ski racer Stephan Görgl, and folk musician Franz Posch. The company has also entered into partnerships with tourism associations in the Zillertal region.

NOX celebrated this transformation of its headquarters on Saturday with a colorful and action-packed program focused entirely on e-bikes.

In addition to around 50 invited guests, over 250 visitors made their way to the new Experience Center. They were invited to take part in a variety of guided tours – from introductory rides for beginners to downhill adventures for experienced riders. Visitors could put their skills to the test and improve them on a specially constructed riding technique course. There were also exciting competitions such as an e-bike skills challenge and a traditional nail-driving contest, where NOX awarded high-value prizes in the afternoon. Music by a live DJ, a food truck, and a bar all contributed to the upbeat, vibrant atmosphere.

With the opening of the new Experience Center, Nox Cycles marks a major milestone in the brand’s development and once again emphasizes its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer engagement – an experience that is sure to inspire many NOX fans in the future.
