Right of Withdrawal for consumers in Austria.

A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business, or self-employed professional activity.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

Start of the withdrawal period:

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day:

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, provided that you ordered one or more items as part of a single order and these are delivered together;

• on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last item, provided that you ordered several goods as part of a single order and they are delivered separately.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not required. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

Withdrawl
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notification. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed with you. In no case will you incur any fees for this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

Return of goods
You must return the goods that can be shipped by parcel immediately and no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. The cost for returning non-parcelable goods is estimated to be a maximum of 80 EUR.

Diminished value of goods
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that goes beyond what is necessary to check their condition, characteristics, and functionality.
