We offer a variety of convenient and secure payment methods, along with a reliable shipping service. Here, you'll find all the details on available payment options and shipping conditions. Our goal is to process your order as quickly and smoothly as possible, so you can have your new bike in your hands soon.

Payment Methods

If you choose to pay via prepayment, transfer the invoice amount directly from your bank account to ours. Be sure to include the order number from the confirmation email as the reference. Before making the transfer, check your transfer limit to ensure the transaction can be processed smoothly. Once the payment is received, we will notify you by email.

For payments via PayPal, simply select PayPal as your payment method during checkout. You will be redirected to the PayPal website, where you can complete your payment using your PayPal account or a linked credit/debit card. 

Once your payment is confirmed, we will process your order and notify you by email.

When paying by credit card, select the credit card option during checkout. You can securely enter your credit card details, and the payment will be processed immediately. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Once your payment is confirmed, we will process your order and notify you by email.

Leasing

Immediately after your order, you will receive a personalized offer that you can present to your employer. JobRad leasing is currently only available to customers residing in Germany and Austria.

Financing

In collaboration with Financing-BANK, we offer you a simple and fast way to finance your bike. Currently, this offer is exclusively available to customers residing in Austria.

Shipping

Delivery is available to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands, Greenland), Germany, France (excluding overseas territories and departments), United Kingdom (excluding Channel Islands), Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands (excluding non-European territories), Austria, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Czech Republic, Hungary.

For the shipment of complete bikes, we charge a freight shipping fee of €59.00.
For deliveries to German islands, an island surcharge of €30.00 will be added to the shipping costs.

Shipping costs for small parts/package deliverable items:

  • Deliveries to Austria: €6.00

  • Deliveries to Germany: €8.00

  • Deliveries to all other listed countries: €12.00

All prices include the statutory value-added tax.

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of bicycles will take place within: 14-28 days after the conclusion of the contract (for prepayment agreements, this is after the receipt of your payment instruction). No freight delivery takes place on weekends or public holidays. Bicycles are produced upon order. The delivery time may be longer than stated depending on production capacity and material availability. You can check the status of your order in your customer account. The delivery of bicycles is exclusively available via Click & Collect at the selected NOX Click & Collect partner. Small parts cannot be ordered together with a bike due to different delivery methods.

Unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of small parts will take:

Deliveries to Germany and Austria: 2-3 working days 

Deliveries to all other mentioned countries: 3-5 working days 

Small parts cannot be ordered together with a bicycle due to different delivery procedures.
