In our Zillertal manufactory, each e-mountain bike is assembled from A to Z by a single person. Every screw, every cable passes through the skilled hands of our mechanics. There are no assembly lines—just individual workstations with final quality checks. Thanks to the Quality Card, you can even see exactly who built and inspected your NOX.
2004
The birth of
NOX Cycles.
Founded in Berlin in 2004 out of pure passion for the sport, NOX Cycles quickly made a name for itself in the gravity segment. Our mission was clear: to build high-end enduro and downhill bikes with the best components - uncompromising in quality and performance.
2015
The future is
electric.
With the further development of drive technologies, we realized that the future of mountain biking lies in the combination of muscle power and e-drive. Since 2015, we have been fully focused on the development of high-performance e-mountain bikes that prove their worth both uphill and downhill.
2017
Manufacturing
in the Alps.
With the founding of NOX Cycles Austria GmbH, we relocated our production to the Zillertal. Here we test our bikes directly in challenging terrain and develop them further under real conditions.
